A little fun in the snow.

Well, I'm slowly getting caught up on the blog. I put so many posts up tonight that when you get to the bottom of the page you can click on older posts and see more. I just have too much to post and it wouldn't all fit on one page. It's mostly pictures and not much text, but I think you can tell what we've been up to lately.

Trying to say "Good Bye"

We had to head back to Kansas today. It's always so hard to say "Good Bye". In fact, we were about an hour late getting on the road because we just couldn't let go quite yet.

Skiing

Ryan, Tammy, Bryce and I all went skiing today. We had a great time! Bryce and I had forgotten how much fun it was to ski. We're really going to try and make a yearly ski trip from now on. Can you imagine Mav on skis?

Lilly had swimming lessons today, so we decided that we'd all go with her and take a dip in the pool. It was such a nice relief from the cold, snowy weather!

Stow Away

Mav was trying to stow away in Grandma and Grandpa's totes and head back to the Islands with them.

It was a busy day....

The morning started with a little Gradma cuddling.















Dad got home from work and there was sledding.

Isn't it amazing what a difference two years makes? This is Maverick almost exactly two years ago.

Man, this birthday stuff is really wearing me out!

Soon, New Song Acadmeny will become North Ridge Academy.

Very soon Maverick's school will be changing from New Song Academy to North Ridge Academy. Lori, the school's director has purchased the academy. We're excited and think she'll do a fantastic job. I think it will be nice to have the owner of the Academy right on site. It will be interesting to see what changes she makes now that she owns it herself. It's still going to be a Christian based Academy, but they will be purchasing new curriculum. There is a part of me that is nervous, I think just because it's change, but I think it will be good change.
